Are you rested from the holidays yet? I sure hope so, because the last part of January is set to be a busy one. From food, to music, to NASCAR, you will not have a moment to rest. Below are my best picks for getting the most out of the Queen City for the next two weeks. The best part is none of these are going to break your budget, but they are guaranteed to enhance your quality of life!
Charlotte, NC January 2015 Events
Friday, January 16th – Sunday, January 25th: Queen’s Feast: Charlotte Restaurant Week
Their website describes it best, “Resolve to treat yourself like royalty in the New Year, as 124 of the best restaurants in metro Charlotte, NC, offer 3 courses (or more) at dinner for only $30 per person.” More Information here!

Saturday, January 17th: Tosco Music Party
The Tosco Music Party is starting it’s 2015 season with a bang. If you’ve never been, then go. If you are a veteran of the party, then you know not to miss it. One thing is for sure, you will not find anything like this anywhere else in the world. The picture above is from one that we attended and you can see it’s a packed house! More Information here!
Saturday, January 17th: Petapalooza
“Whether they’re furry, feathered, scaly or slimy, we’re celebrating our favorite animal companions! Visit with rescued and exotic pets, including rabbits, rats, birds, dogs, reptiles and amphibians. Learn about responsible pet ownership and how to read dog body language. Enjoy puppet shows, storytelling and hand/face painting.” More Information here!
Saturday, January 31st: NASCAR Fan Appreciation Day 2015
NASCAR is preparing to kick off their next season and they are throwing a party for their fans to start it off right. NASCAR fans should all attend for a chance to meet their favorite drivers! More Information here!
