Saturday, April 18th : Battle of the Brews
100 W Park Ave Charlotte, NC 28203
Organized by the 704 Project, this event not only allows you to taste and vote for your favorite local brew but also support a great cause, Friendship Gardens. The backdrop is Charlotte’s budding Uptown South End neighborhood.

Sunday, April 19th : Bark in the Ballpark
Take your four legged friend out for a Charlotte Knights game in Uptown! This annual event is always a great time. Show up early and make sure you can be one of the first 1000 with your dogs and get a dog collar!

Friday, April 24th : 3RD ANNUAL FREEMOREWEST 5K ON THE GREENWAY
If you haven’t had a chance to check out the FreeMoreWest neighborhood, this is your opportunity. Show up and take part in the 5k or just come out and support your friends. There will be food and drinks as well. Proceeds benefit Classroom Central.

We include a lot of events from the Charlotte Symphony because they are a treasured tradition, but did you know there was a Charlotte Symphony Youth and Junior Youth Orchestra as well? These boys and girls are outstanding and sure to be our next generation of cultural leaders in Charlotte.
