BOOM! aaaaah… It’s 4th of July in the QC – Charlotte, NC Events – July 3rd – July 9th, 2015

By David Boling

There isn’t much more sacred in the U.S.A. than patriotism, and the Fourth of July. Charlotte is well known for a history of ties with Freedom and Independence. Every year we put on a show or twenty that shows our love of this day and what it represents. Below are my favorite picks of things to do this holiday.

Leave us a comment on Facebook or Twitter and tell us what you thought of these great Charlotte events, or if you have an event you’d like us to bookmark.

In their final Summer Pops concert of 2015 the Charlotte Symphony will treat us to the greatest performance of the year. As their website says: “This star-spangled celebration of American Independence features all the patriotic favorites–“America the Beautiful,” “God Bless America,” and more–plus a “Back to the Fifties” medley and some of Michael Jackson’s greatest hits. Fireworks end the Show!”
